What research positions have you held: I have had a little bit of research experience with the SEECoS program. In this program I instructed and taught 2 high school students in a lab. Before they got here for the summer I had the chance to do a little bit of research and become familiar with what I would eventually be instructing them on how to do in the lab.

 

Fun fact about yourself:I was in DUS for my first two years in Penn State and then changed to the college of Engineering and chemical engineering when it was time to declare my major.

 

What advice would you give to a first-year engineering student:Invest in friendships. Don't spend too much time with your nose in a book. Make time to make friends.
