Why did you choose to come to Penn State?

I visited a handful of great schools, a couple of good engineering schools, but Penn State stood out because it had a great engineering program and a LOT of support for female engineers. WEPO was a major deciding factor when I was choosing a college.

What is your best Penn State or engineering memory?

Snowboarding down HUB Lawn with seven people on two sleds

What did you wish you knew as a first-year engineer?

It is easy to fall behind, but it is simple enough to make sure you spend a little time each weekend to catch up/ get ahead. Doing a little bit of studying every week can save your butt during finals.

What was your favorite class you took as a freshmen?

EDSGN 100H with Matt Parkinson and PSYCH 100 with Jeff Love, both great classes and professors

What is a fun fact about yourself?

I played on the girls field hockey team and the boys inline hockey team in high school!
