What Internship/Co-Op/Study Abroad or Research experience have you had?

I worked in the Penn State Polymer Rheology Lab from August-May my junior year, and am currently working for Ecolab as a TPM Engineer in McDonough Georgia!

Why did you choose to come to Penn State?

I chose Penn State because I felt such an amazing culture, both within the college of engineering and throughout the University as a whole. There are so many opportunities here, and the people here love to support you along the way to make you the best person you can be.

What is your best Penn State or engineering memory?

My best Penn State memory has to be watching the Penn State vs. Ohio State football game live. The energy from the student section was nothing I've ever felt in my life, it was incredible.

What advice would you give a first-year engineer?

Don't be nervous, and always ask questions. I know it might be overwhelming at first, but its amazing how quickly this place will feel like home. Always reach out, everyone here loves to help!

What was your favorite class you took as a freshmen?

My favorite class was Edesign 100 because I got to learn how to do technical drawings and how to use a modeling software called SolidWorks.

​

What is a fun fact about yourself?

I am absolutely in love with all things Disney, I go every year with my family and I can pretty much quote the entire Tangled movie by heart.
