Why did you choose to come to Penn State? I chose Penn State because it checked off the three main points on my checklist: 1. Needs a football team and a lot of school pride 2. It needs to have a good engineering program 3. It needs to have 20,000+ students No joke, that was my list of how I selected schools to apply for, but I also fell in love with the community and family of Penn State.

What is your best Penn State or engineering memory? Studying abroad in China was by far the best memory I have had during my time at Penn State, so if you're looking for a specific memory, it's somewhere in there. Specifically at Penn State, my best memory is being in the S-Zone for the 4OT win against Michigan. (Can you tell I love football?)

What advice would you give a first-year engineer? You do you. Don't let anyone try to pull you from your dreams, keep chasing.

What is a fun fact about yourself? My mom and I are name twins.

Lauren is a 5th year studying Architectural Engineering
