Why did you choose to come to Penn State?
Because of the fantastic Engineering program Penn State offers and it wasn't too close to home but just far enough away

What is your best Penn State or engineering memory?
Traveling to La Candelaria, Panama with the Penn State chapter of Bridges to Prosperity to construct a footbridge. The entire trip was incredible! But my absolute favorite memory from the trip is our final night in the community of La Candelaria. The community threw a huge fiesta with Panamanian singing and dancing. The best part was laughing with the community because of our lack of dancing skills compared to their skill. I cannot wait to one day go back to visit the community and see the completed footbridge.

What advice would you give a first-year engineer?
Find an organization you are very passionate about. Involvement in any organization whether it is on campus or not will drastically improve your years at Penn State. The individuals in the organization become family and you will form memories you will never forget.

What was your favorite class you took as a freshmen?
Intro to Painting (the class was so fun and don't worry you don't need to have painting skills just try your best)
