Why did you choose to come to Penn State? Penn State has a lot to offer. I like how many different options they have. I wanted to go somewhere where I had options, just in case. Plus Penn State is known for exemplary academics.
What is your best Penn State or engineering memory? I started at Penn State Altoona, and one of my favorite memories was staying late night in the library with friends. It happens a lot more than you think as you move through your academic career, and having friends there with you make it so much better. They keep you sane.
What advice would you give a first-year engineer? My biggest fear for me as a freshman was asking questions in class or going to office hours. This is one of the most important things you can do. Asking questions means you're paying attention. It also means that you care about the class. This shows the professor that you care, and puts a name to a number.
What is a fun fact about yourself? Both my parents have graduated from PSU with a Chemical Engineering degree!
